The story of Schrock Homes began in 1975, when Adlai Schrock founded a construction company built on integrity, craftsmanship, and a passion for serving families. What started as one man’s vision in Goshen, Indiana has grown into one of the region’s most trusted names in custom homebuilding and remodeling. Today, Schrock Homes continues to carry forward that legacy, building and remodeling homes across Elkhart, South Bend, Mishawaka, Granger, Warsaw, Napanee, Plymouth, Culver, Syracuse, Ligonier, and Southern Michigan.

Over the years, Schrock Homes has grown to serve a wide 75-mile radius around Goshen. We’ve expanded our services to include not only custom homes, but also remodeling, community development, and specialized age-in-place design.

What’s most remarkable, however, is the loyalty of our clients. Families who built their first homes with Schrock in the 1970s and 1980s are returning for new builds, remodels, or downsized retirement homes today. Their children — and even grandchildren — are now coming to us to build homes of their own.
