We’re so excited to meet with you! During your consultation with our Sales Specialist and Architectural Designer, we’ll dive into your vision for your dream home. This is your chance to share all the ideas, must-haves, and wish-list features you’ve been imagining. It’s an important first step where we get to know you: your lifestyle, your style, and what “home” really means to you.
After our initial conversation, we’ll review your ideas to see if we can personalize one of our existing plans or if a fully custom design is the best fit. If you already have a plan in mind, we’ll help tailor it to your needs. From there, we’ll work closely with you to finalize a layout and provide a fixed cost estimate, collaborating along the way to strike the perfect balance between your vision and your budget.
Once the construction agreement is in place, it’s time for one of the most exciting parts of the journey, designing your home! You’ll work side by side with our Interior Designer in our in-house Design Center to explore finishes, fixtures, and all the little details that will make your home truly yours. This is where your style shines through, and we help bring your vision to life with those personal touches that make your home one-of-a-kind.
Once your selections are finalized, the real excitement begins! Construction on your dream home gets underway! You'll have full access to our scheduling program, BuilderTrend, so you can follow every step of the process and watch your home come to life in real time. You’ll also have scheduled onsite meetings with your dedicated Site Superintendent, giving you the chance to walk through progress, ask questions, and stay closely connected to every milestone along the way.
Our full-time Warranty and Service Manager is there to answer questions or coordinate any warranty or service items that arise.
You, and our Warranty Manager, and Site Superintendent will
do a 30-day as well as an 11-month walk through to take care of any warranty or imperfections that may need addressed.
You will have:
A 1-year warranty that your home will be free from defects caused by faulty workmanship.
A 2-year warranty that your home will be free from defects caused by faulty installation of plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, or ventilation systems.
A 4-year warranty that your home will be free from defects caused by faulty workmanship or defective materials in
the roof or roof systems.
A 10-year warranty that your home will free from any
major structural defects.
